Carrara’s Academy Guided Tour

This museum of Italian collecting was founded by Giacomo Carrara in 1796 and is considered one of the most refined European art collections. The interior of the academy is organized on two floors and develops in 28 rooms, with more than 1800 paintings, 3000 drawings and 8000 prints, with a vast art collection of masterpieces artists such as Pisanello, Mantegna, Bellini, Botticelli, Raffaello, Tiziano, Lotto, Moroni and other masters of Italian painting.

You will live a journey through the history of Italian art that spans five centuries, from the beginning of the 15th century to the end of the 19th century.
